Well, this is not a family. I am a single person living in a flatshare in a two bedroom flat in the center of Edinburgh. I've been living here for more than 3 years and really need a change of scenery. If we exhange, there will be another person occupying another room (a nice girl). However, this location allows to explore Edinburgh with free accomodation. I think it's a pretty sweet deal.

Description de notre maison d'échange
Small 2 bedroom apartment, with one bedroom occupied by another tenant (a young woman). She may or may not go with me, so that's debatable later. I am currently offering for exhange my own bedroom with a double bed. There's also a small living room and a small kitchen. This flat offers great opportunity to explore Edinburgh, and come back home in the evening by foot.
The offer stands for women only (due to another tenant's preferences).

Description de notre quartier et ses alentours
We never see our neighbours, and they are most often quiet. It's the city centre so the location can feel a little noisy. There's on an off construction going on in the garden, but they don't work every day and not for many hours. I work from home, so it's been mostly okay. However, if you are visiting Edinburgh to explore, I'm sure you won't spend much time indoors. It is quiet in the evenings and nights, unless someone is having a party in the comunal garden.

Everything Edinburgh can offer. I love local cafes, but the old town is gorgeous - and living so close will allow you to get there first thing in the morning, before all other tourists. Plenty of shopping. It's Scotland's capital, there're cinemas, museums, galleries, theaters - all within walking distance from the flat.
