Beschrijving van het huis dat wij aanbieden voor ruil
Charming, sunny 67m2 apartment in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg with balcony on the first floor of a beautifully restored 1850 building.
The apartment is perfectly located to explore Germany's exciting capital. In a calm little street near Helmholtzplatz, in walking distance to everything you might need: falafel diner as well as Michelin starred restaurants, cocktail bars, little boutiques, cosy cafés, bakeries, organic food market and supermarkets...
The apartment is modern style with wooden floors and nice double-glazed windows.
There is a bedroom with a king size bed, and in the living room you find a sofa, armchairs and a dining table for up to six people. The apartment is well equipped and perfect for two, but a smaller child would also find enough space. A kid could sleep on the sofa or a guest bed can be added to the bedroom.
Nice spacious and green backyard with possibility to sit and relax, have a barbecue or play volleyball.

My apartment is part of a historic building ensemble; the green backyard can make you forget that you actually are in a 3mio city. Prenzlauer Berg is a perfect place for families (lots of playgrounds, cafés where kids can play, toy stores etc.) but also for those who love to eat out, like to roam galleries, bars and street food markets.

The historical ensemble Kulturbrauerei, with cinema, theatre and exhibitions is just around the corner. It’s only a 5 minutes ride to Alexanderplatz by subway and two trams take you in a blink of an eye to Hackescher Markt, Friedrichstraße, different museums etc. ...

As I have nice neighbours who enjoy their calm, my apartment is not the right place for parties. And of course I expect guests to treat my furniture and equipment with love and care – the same way as I will do with theirs. You can bring your dog if he / she’s relaxed and house trained.
