No exchange for July and august 2024
New house located in the countryside on a 7 acres lot. Located 1 hour from Montreal in the beautiful region of the Eastern Townships. The contemporary style house offer 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and in an open area the kitchen, dining room and living room. The terrace offers a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. Adjacent to the terrace, you will find an in-depth pool, a spa, a fireplace and a summer kitchen. A nice place to relax and have fun.
*We also have a condo in Boynton Beach (Florida USA) that has 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The balcony offers a view on the pool and the Intracoastal.

The house is located 1 hour from Montreal and 100km form Vermont customs(USA). There is 3 mountains (Orford, Owl's Head and Bromont) for skiing and hiking. The Eastern Townships is a very interesting area to discover for it's vineyard, cheese shops and it’ a impressive cycling route offering gourmet stops (New York Times articles). Lake Memphremagog allows water sports practice and is about 15km from the house. From the terrace of our house you have a dazzling view to the mountains and nature. A peaceful place to relax near major centres and city (Sherbrooke, Magog, Bromont, Montreal,...)
