Located in a lively resort/college town with excellent restaurants, cinema, bookstores, music. 2 miles to the beach and within walking distance of downtown. 75 mile drive to San Francisco via the spectacular coast road. Convenient to Silicon Valley and Pebble Beach and Monterey. Gorgeous white sand beaches and xcellent surfing, hiking, and golfing. Wonderful old-fashioned beach boardwalk, with roller coaster and other attractions.
