Beautiful 18th century residence in the heart of the south-west in the countryside but 10 minutes from a large town with all services.
Comfortable and warm, it awaits you.
The house is located in the middle of a 2-hectare wooded property with a source feeding a basin and a river. A few goats maintain the forest.
Pleasant and welcoming neighborhood.

From the house you can many hikes on foot or by bike.
Our house is 10 minutes from a big city with all services and entertainement.
We are in the south ouest of France in Aquitaine, 1h30 from Bordeaux, capital of wine, listed as a unesco world heritage. 2h30 from the Atlantic Coast, 3h from the Pyrenean mountains.
If you want to visit Paris we have a direct train that will take you there by 3h20.
