This was a really nice home exchange. Carola and Torsten made us feel really welcome and told us to consider their kitchen as our kitchen. It is a big, very bright apartment with a great view. The stairs are steep and there is no elevator, but it was surely worth the effort! We also very much liked the neighborhood, which is very central and close to the Alster lakes. An unexpected, practical detail was the big supermarket on the other side of the street, where we could buy literally all we needed, with really good quality. We would definitely consider coming back to this remarkable home away from home!
