We live in a super-chic and quiet residence in the lovely town of Versailles, close to the Palace and Gardens. Every weekend in summer, ‘Les Grandes Eaux’ in the Gardens account for the life of the noble under Louis XIV reign. The fireworks show at night are absolutely magnificient.

Paris is 25 minutes by train or 15 minutes by car.
You can of course benefit from Disneyland Paris, Parc Astérix, Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, Arc de Triomphe, Montmartre, …
If you like Versailles / Paris museums, you’ll be delighted with the choice and their top quality, especially as regards painting (Musée d’Orsay, Le Louvre, Musée Jacquemart André, Musée Guimet, La Villette, Le Palais de la Découverte, etc…).

We live at the border of the “Vallée de Chevreuse”, with its villages full of charm and history incrusted in the forest.
According to your interests, you can practise golf (best French Golf Court), tennis, jogging, bicycle riding, wandering, rock climbing.

There is a lake with beaches and pools 5 km from Versailles. There you can practise windsurfing, sailing, swimming, golf, etc…


Our residence is full pedestrian, made of marble, situated in a nice park.
It has all the conveniences 50 m by foot: nice supermarket, all services: banking, post office, doctors, all kind of shops etc…
A large swimming pool is 13 minutes by foot from the residence.
A large forest is 10 minutes by foot from the apartment. You can go to Paris by foot following the path in the forest…
Versailles has its theatres, cinemas, lot’s of nice restaurants, etc…


Our apartment itself has all the conveniences.
We have an underground parking - 510
At the 2° floor, you will find on 120 square meter a large marble entrance, a kitchen, dinning room, lounge, 4 rooms (one with a suite), 2 bathrooms, 2 WC with wash-hand rooms, large wall cupboards.
A large corridor distributes all rooms.
The whole apartment is surrounded by your large private terrace, 30 to 40 m long.
You can have dinner either in the kitchen, in the dinning room or on the terrace.
Our neighbours are very nice. We know and help each other very much.
You will be welcomed by our friend and neighbour Léon at 1° floor.

I am a presales engineer at Gfi Informatique, one of France largest consulting company. I bid for large Telecom customer centers (agencies, call centers, ..).
Previously I was a manager at Capgemini, Europe largest consulting company. I build large contact centers for large companies in France and abroad.

Corinne is a teacher in accounting, law, computer science technology.

We have 3 children: Nicolas (30), Ludovic (26) and Sophie (20).

We made 24 exchanges with Intervac so far in Europe and USA, and one in France with HomeExchange.

Dates from Thursday July 16th to Friday July 31th, 2020 would be nice!!
