The location puts it 20-30 minutes on secondary roads from 5 excellent beaches and other shoreline attractions on the Gulf of Mexico. 20 minutes to Venice or Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda. I hour to Sarasota and Siesta Key Beach, 1 1/2 hours to Tampa or Ft Myers and only 2 hours to the Disney area.
Two Professional Baseball teams have Spring Training-home parks 10 minutes from our home one brand new in 2019.
There are 3 Bicycles, sporting equipment and beach gear.
For Boaters there is a boat launch one block away for Kayaking, fishing or access to the Inner Coastal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico.
