Pretty house with a garden and view of Lake Geneva and several of the magnificent peaks which dominate the lake. Located in the heights, halfway between Montreux and Vevey and ideally located a few minutes from the magnificent Lavaux region (Unesco).

The house is functional with three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with bathtubs) and three toilets. Ideal for a couple with or without children.

You will have to take care of our cat, Matilde, who will stay at home to keep you company!

The house is authentic and very welcoming! Partial renovations have been made and others are planned over time. Very pleasant to live in, bordered by a small stream.

Quiet, accessible by bus and train (10min walk) and possibility of parking two cars. Also 10 minutes away is the village with all amenities.

Beautiful hikes to do in the region without forgetting swimming in the lake!

Charlie Chaplin's museum "Chaplin's World" is nearby.

And let's not forget the famous Montreux Jazz Festival which takes place every summer.
