Beautiful, modern and sunny house with lush garden and private terraces in sun or shade. Our backyard is the NP Zuid Kennemerland where it is good walking, cycling and wildlife spotting. The stand alone villa has 3 floors: 1st floor living/diningroom, fully equiped kitchen and sliding doors to the garden. 2nd floor, upstairs, has a large master bedroom with kingsize bed and walk-in closet, and a bathroom with rainshower, double washbasin and 2nd toilet. In the basement is a 2nd bedroom with queenbed.
