Spacious and luxury apartment in one of Auckland's most prestigious suburbs. A lovely entrance way leads to the open plan living space with large windows for ultimate sun and an easy flow to our three balconies. Our 200+ square metre/2200 square feet apartment also includes use of a picturesque pool and spa complex with extensive tropical plantings, as well as a double garage. A truly relaxing environment, with a resort-like atmosphere. There is a large spacious master bedroom as well as a second bedroom, both with ensuites. We have just finished refurbishing our apartment to a high spec at the end of 2021. Our apartment makes up the top level of the apartment block, which has only 6 apartments.
We are situated in the prime location of Remuera, only 5 minutes drive from our beautiful waterfront where you can swim, visit some great bars/restaurants/cafes, or just meander along the boardwalks. We are also only 7 minutes drive (or a short train ride) into the heart of Auckland city, from where you can catch a ferry to wineries at Waiheke Island, Rangitoto Island (a volcanic island with a great walking track to the summit) or just enjoy some city shopping or dining. If you feel like going a little further out, you can visit our raw, wild west coast black sand beaches such as Piha and Muriwai, a 40 minute drive. We are an hour to the Matakana and Clevedon Farmers' markets which make for a great weekend activity. Additionally, an hour to some beautiful white sand beaches such as Omaha and Tawharanui.

Central upmarket suburb close to white sandy beaches. Close proximity to the city, shopping and restaurants at Newmarket, Remuera and Parnell. Art gallery ,Sky Tower, as well as beautiful parks such as Cornwall Park and The Auckland Domain. All these destinations are within 10 mins of our home.
Within 40 minute drive you have the unique raw west coast black sand beaches.
