The neighbourhood is quiet. There is a small shopping centre with a supermarket, medical centre and pharmacy just across the road. There is a bus stop outside the complex that goes to a large shopping centre and the train station. It's 3kms to the train station and the Freeway with easy access to the city and beyond. It's 13kms to Coogee Beach.

There are many attractions in and around the city of Perth. The coastal city of Mandurah is 45 minutes drive and approximately 2 hours to Busselton and the wine region of the south-west. Easily accessible are: Swan Valley wine district, the hills districts, the jarrah forest with its many walking trails, beaches, the Swan River, Rottnest Island and much, much more.
We also have a holiday house in the coastal town of Guilderton on the Moore River. It's 1 hour drive north of Perth and can be made available for use during your stay.
