An attractive neighbourhood with a strong community feeling very near the harbour. Great variety of interesting shops, many cafes, delicious restaurants and trendy bars at the top of the road, even a theatre! Frequent bus into city, bus stop 5 mins. Several green spaces including 2 parks, a city farm, community centre, garden centre and swimming pool a short walk away. Lovely neighbours will be happy to help you. You can also walk to the Clifton Suspension Bridge and Ashton Court, a large country house surrounded by a country estate with deer and owned by Bristol.

Brunel's Clifton Suspension Bridge was built 152 years ago and spans the picturesque Avon Gorge.

Fascinating matitime history - Bunel's ss Great Britain is one of the top attractions in the country and a short walk along the harbour from our house. Also near is The Matthew, a replica of the ship John Cabot discovered Newfoundland in.

The M shed on the harbourside is a free modern museum about the history of Bristol. Great for all ages. Spectacular views from roof terrace.

Families .................. Bristol Zoo has lovely gardens
