Lovely views to the mountains, modern kitchen, large outside deck with table, bbque and seating area. Large roomy dining and seperate laundry.

Te Mata peak is 5 minutes drive away with hundreds acres of walking and mountain bike tracks to enjoy. In the hear of wine country with several major wineries less than 5 minutes drive away including Craggy Range, Black Barn and Te Mata.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
From my house it is a short walk to the village of Havelock North which is well known for its excellent and diverse restaurants, and shopping. Te Mata Peak is 5 mins away a nature trust park with hundreds of acres of walking and mountain bike tracks. I am 20 minutes drive from the largest Art Deco city in the world Napier which is well known for its Art Deco architecture, excellent bike and walking tracks along the sea front.
