Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Welcome to our home perched in the hills of Nanaimo/Lantzille. Our home was completed in 2022 and has everything you might need to enjoy a relaxing stay including a panoramic view of the Salish Sea that can be enjoyed from most rooms and our patio that spans the length of our home.
The primary suite is privately situated on the upper floor. It has a king-size bed, beautifully appointed ensuite bathroom and it's own private deck.
We have a second guest room that has a queen size bed and direct access to our patio. It has it's own ensuite bathroom which is shared with our third bedroom that contains a simple double bed.
If a car exchange is included you will have the use of a 2017 Jeep Wrangler.

Our home is located in a new upscale development called the Lantzville Foothills. We are a 5 minute drive to North Nanaimo shopping area. We have hiking trails right out our door.
