Beautiful, panoramic ocean, island and sunset views from our gingerbread Caribbean family home. This home is pleasant and comfortable in its simple beauty. The home overlooks many islands set in the glistening turquoise Caribbean Sea.

This comfortable home is named "Pelican Peak" and it is has been our family dream home for many years. It is located on the small Island Tortola, this is the main island of the British Virgin Islands located in the Caribbean 80 km from St. Martin. Tortola is approximately 20 km (12mi) long and 5 km (3mi) wide. The island has a population of about 23.000 people.

A five minute rural winding road with some radical switchbacks brings you up to the house, situated on the top of a mountain overlooking Little Apple Bay at the western part of the small island of Tortola.
