Our immediate neighborhood is nestled in the foothills on the backside of the Santa Barbara Riviera. The neighborhood is comprised of homes on larger lots with plenty of privacy. There are several open spaces with walking/hiking trails immediately adjacent to our home, as well as, close access to both mountain biking and road cycling routes. The Santa Barbara Mission, Riviera Theatre, and Belmond El Encanto Hotel are each a 5 minute drive away. The Riviera Theatre offers a great selection of movies for those interested in Independently made films. The Belmond El Encanto Hotel was recently renovated and is a wonderful perch for sunset cocktails or an amazing dinner overlooking town. Downtown is a 7 minute drive or Uber ride away, while a 10 minute walk will take you to Francheschi Park at the top of the Riviera where there are exceptional views over the city out to the Pacific Ocean.
