Welcome to Grube Erna, a small spot on Lake Welzteich. Here are living a few families in a quiet and safe area.
Our comfortable home is situated in a secluded and safe spot with plenty for you to explore and to enjoy. Open house concept with a cosy atmosphere. We are experienced home exchangers, having completed several exchanges already. The house has been built in 2001 and is well equipped. It stands on a large and mature green flower garden with direct entrance to the lake.
We are Susann 52 and Thomas 54 years old.
Grube Erna is a perfect place to relax, but also a strategic well located starting point for day trips for instance to Berlin, Dresden, Leipzig, Meißen or Prague. Czech and Polish borderline is approx. 200 Km far away. There are forest walks, a lot of smaller lakes within a reach of 3 Km, bicycle drives, the magnificent castle and cathedral of Doberlug-Kirchhain etc. The railway station is 4 Km away. Supermarkets are just a few Km away.

A 2nd house for additional 6 people is available if necessary (www.waterfront5.de).
We are open for a non-simultaneous exchange as we could offer the 2nd house.
