Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment condominium measures approximately 90 square meters all on one level. It has in-unit laundry, Wifi, two flat screen TVs with cable, a gas fireplace, and an outside veranda overlooking the creek - a perfect place to relax, listen to the water flowing by and to barbeque.

The apartment is situated in a complex in a quiet area of Sun Peaks Resort yet it is steps away from the well-lit Valley Trail. The heart of Sun Peaks village and the ski lifts are a pleasant 10 minute walk from our home.

Sun Peaks is located 45 minutes drive from Kamloops, BC, four hours drive from Vancouver, BC and a five hour drive to Whistler, BC and to Jasper, Alberta. Sun Peaks is the second largest ski resort in British Columbia and it is a true year-round resort. In the summer months Sun Peaks offers an 18 hole golf course, world class downhill and cross country mountain biking, alpine hiking, and a variety of water sports at two mountain lakes located within 15 minutes drive. Sun Peaks is considered one of the premiere ski resorts in North America.

We are experienced home exchangers who are neat, tidy, clean and respectful. We are a professional couple who both work in the BC public school system so we are only available to travel during school holidays (two weeks in December, two weeks in March and six weeks in July and August) or on weekends during the school year. We are very open to weekend exchanges in BC and Washington state during the school year. We are also open to exchanges with other ski resort properties.
