This is a real home that just happens to be on the water. It’s very spacious. Beautiful deck overlooking the Marina and in the distance the Vancouver skyline. Right on the Spirit Trail for lovely walks. 5 minutes to Lonsdale Quay market. Many wonderful restaurants in the area. Sea Bus is only 5 minutes away for the short trip over to Vancouver over the bay and all that Vancouver has to offer. It’s a great place in a great city. Highly recommended.
