Saint-Martin is a French and Dutch island anglophone. It is a very cosmopolitan island (Dominican, Jamaican, American, Haitian, Indian ...). We are located on the lagoon in a quiet and safe neighborhood. At the bottom of the residence, a beautiful promenade lined with coconut trees where some restaurants and bars are located. You can practice kitesurfing, windsurfing, jet skiing, boat trips and diving. A 3 minutes drive is Terres-Basses, with beautiful beaches (Baie Rouge, Plum Bay, Long Bay etc.). A little further away is the Dutch side with very different atmosphere (casinos, nightclubs ...). Our location is ideal both for its calm and its proximity to the various attractions of the island and the shops (pharmacy, bakery, shopping center ...).
