Home swapper since 1987 did several swaps per year , prefer city with museum ,shopping ,local food ,farmer markets , day trip ...we are empty nesters and have more opportunities to travel !
We are close family with 3 adults sons ,twins grand children.usually we travel only 2 but more at some period as xmas time .our youngest don lives in LA and we are always ready visit him .

Home swapper since 1987 . designed split-level hillside home 2700 sqf with 3 bedrooms 2 baths with all amenities plus about 1000 sqf outdoor living veranda and deck .home is private with gated entry . Ocean is close and can be seen from our deck, garden and several windows , private pool with wood deck and pool housev . it is an indoor-outdoor living home ! Home is tastefully furnished with a southern beach creole atmosphere with mahogany furniture and dark floor . hight speed internet wit DSL , family room large screen plasma TV /VCR/DVD/BLU R/DVIX ( with a collection of movies for the whole family ) with prologic sound/satellite/Cable TV ,Gourmet kitchen granite countertops and all appliances included Nespresso machine , I love cooking so you can find everything to prepare a gourmet meal . I love to go at the farmer market and cook the local food As I am locavore adept .good quality bed in the bedrooms , 2 european queen beds in bedroom s 1-2 and 1 child bedroom with 2 twins mattresses can be changed in queen bed if need . All bedrooms have AC.

We are very neat and clean family leave home in same or better condition than arrival .with our tropical climate we need very clean home swapper if exchange is do nothing at home our home is probably not the good swap .
