Very nice house 155 m2 and garden 1500 m2 located in Bendejun 20 km from Nice. Italy, Monaco and Cannes is within 45 minutes driving, Marseille is 2 hours away, and Pisa or Milan can be reached in 3 hours. The whole area of the French and Italian Riviera is right on the doorstep, and the Alpes Maritime with a lot of Hiking trails starts at the end of the drive way.
There are so many things do to, restaurants and cafes to visit that the list is almost endless. Whatever you want is there to be explored
The house is located in a Domaine - which used to be a vineyard and Olive plantation, we still have the old washing basin in our garden. The wine has gone, but there is still a lot of olive trees, which gives us shade on a hot summer day.
