Andy & myself ( Alison) are semi-retired , have a great family with two beautiful grand-children. We are business owners and property developers, deciding now that we need to enjoy some well deserved rest and fun with travel. We have home exchanged previously when the children were smaller and loved the adventures , and feel with time on our hands it's time to explore.

Our home is in an area of outstanding natural beauty. We have easy access to the canal network and river and many walks that can be taken from the property. The canal network gives easy access to bike trails, canoeing, kayaking, any outdoor pursuits and wildlife .

Our home is situated in the heart of the Somerset countryside with the network of canal paths and endless walks right on our doorstep. We live within 45 minutes of Exeter and Bristol and have a railway station within 10 minutes so you can easily commute to London which is under 2 hours.
We have Countryside and coast all with a short distance, historic cities and towns to explore including Glastonbury, Wells, Bath & Bristol all so close.

We love our beautiful new home and would ask they all visitors treat it as they would they're own. We do not allow smoking on the premises under any circumstances . The house have steps and glass so feel that it would be unsuitable for the under 5's due to safety issues.
