We live in a very popular and interesting market town near city of Bath, close to Longleat and Stonehenge. Frome has been highlighted as one of the "best places to live in Britain" It is vibrant, welcoming and charming. We have weekly markets, 2 theatres ,bars, restaurants & plenty of English pubs! Plus lots of gorgeous independent boutiques, antique and jewellery shops. Our house is 5 mins walk from town centre & also 5 minutes to the countryside. There are lots of options around the area; whether its art, music or theatre, history and heritage, shopping, or food and drink. We have a number of local National Trust properties nearby, walking and cycling are very popular. Glastonbury, Bath & Salisbury are all about 35 mins by car. Bristol is a wonderful city and and is easy to travel to by train or car (1 hour). We live very near to Longleat Safari Park and stately home,one of the top 10 of UK attractions, also Stonehenge is just over 30 mins by car from our house. For children there are lots of parks, ice cream parlours, soft play, public swimming pool, fabulous walks and picnic spots. the train station is just around the corner and you can easily travel to Bath, Bristol and there are direct trains to London (90 minutes), where you can easily travel to for the day to see a show or do some sightseeing.
