The Sunshine Beach and Noosa area is within the premier location of Queensland's Sunshine Coast. Here there is something for everyone to enjoy nearby or by short drives:

Relax on our balcony and and enjoy the views, or laze by the the pool while hearing the surf. Most locals can be found strolling the nearby beach - anytime of day. The dawn and sunsets are remarkable here. You can take the short 5 minute walk to numerous intimate cafes, shops along Duke Street, and have a drink or meal at Sunshine Beach Surf Club.

Noosa National Park is at the end of the Sunshine beach or you can take a short drive into Noosa. The park is a must to see and take in at least some of the magnificent views from the coastal trail to the point. Keep your eyes open for Koalas in the trees above and there's usually plenty of surfers to watch too. There are a few secluded beaches here for picnics and some may prefer to snorkel in the clear warm waters.

Noosa Beach is very popular with young and old alike and the adjacent Hastings Street is renowned for quaint cafes and shops.

The Noosa River flows gently from the Sunshine Coast Hills through lush countryside with abundant wildlife and there are available walking tracks for the young to the experienced to enjoy. There are water sports and facilities for those so inclined.

This area is near other beautiful Sunshine Coast towns such as Peregian Beach, Maroochydore and Mooloolaba (with whale watching in season and a world renown aquarium). The International Sunshine Coast airport is about 20 minutes away.

The Australia Zoo (made famous by the late Steve Irwin The Crocodile Hunter) is less than an hour's drive and is often considered the #1 animal attraction in Australia.
