We are looking for an exchange in NZ or Tasmania for around 2 weeks over Christmas/New Year.

Beautiful family home in a quiet street with polished floorboards, swimming pool, all modern conveniences and wireless internet. Our house is set up high with a beautiful aspect over trees - a great place to enjoy a barbeque and a glass of wine while watching the sunset.
We are based in Greenwich which is not far from the heart of Sydney and a great base to explore all of Sydney's attractions. Buses, Trains (Wollstonecraft Train Station) and Greenwich Point Ferry are all nearby.
We have an attractive garden, swimming pool and use of bikes, tennis rackets etc.

Peaceful, attractive area, close to the city with good public transport. There is a handful of charming local shops including cafes, grocery store and pharmacy nearby.
There is a public golf course, tennis courts nearby and Sydney's spectacular beaches are not too far away.
