We are two very active retirees. Hobbies: tennis, fishing, fitness, studying French language.
We own a second property at Kangaroo Island where we spend a lot of time.
This means we can vacate our Glenelg townhouse at any time and relocate to Kangaroo Island, e.g. during non-simultaneous house swaps.

We really had a wonderful exchange experience here. This is a beautiful house in an absolutely perfect location on the Glenelg marina - lovely views. We even saw dolphins swim by now and then. It's just a minutes walk from a peaceful sandy beach, and only 5 minutes walk or so from the tram stop into down town Adelaide. There's lot's to see and do in Adelaide, but Glenelg also has a nice little lively shopping centre with great cafes, restaurants and bars. Something for everybody here. There's also lots of nice places to visit just a short drive away. In January we also had super weather! Many thanks for exchanging.

Our house is spacious with large living areas including three decks and lap-pool. There are dozens of cafes and restaurants within walking distance, and yet our street is quiet. We overlook a marina, on the far side of it.

We really had a wonderful exchange experience here. This is a beautiful house in an absolutely perfect location on the Glenelg marina - lovely views. We even saw dolphins swim by now and then. There's lot's to see and do in Adelaide, but Glenelg also has a nice little lively shopping centre with great cafes, restaurants and bars. Something for everybody here.
