We are two senior adults who are very active, Bob is a well known in South Florida as a Piano Blues Musician, part time playing and part time listening to live music of other musicians.Since he is a History Major, he enjoys traveling to old historical places of his interest. . I am a retired airline employee, who loves to travel and see the world. My interests are meeting new places, people and their culture.. I am a Master Gardener and spend some of my time informing people how to care for their plants.My interest involve Horticulture and Botanical Gardens around the world..

Our beautiful vacation condo is being offered in exchange or a simultaneous and non-simultaneous exchange for yours. We are a condo/apartment located on Biscayne Bay in downtown Miami, Florida. . Two bedrooms one King bed in master with a bath/shower and 2nd bedroom 2 singles beds with bathroom shower. All bedroom windows have blackout shades. The design are contemporary and comfortable. All rooms have terrace access and bay views. Terrace has table and chairs. Fully equip kitchen and seating for dinning table and kitchen bar. Floors are all tiled with some area rugs. Three flat screen TV's, cable and internet. Washer and Dryer inside apartment. The lobby of our building has 7 restaurants, pharmacy, quick food shopping, car rental, boat rental, travel agent, Doctor, Dentist, Therapy, Spa, Free Gym, and many specialty stores. Our Concierges are available to help you 24/7.
I am happy to exchange with you and know you will be delighted staying in our condo. Our condo sleeps 4. Parking is available for a fee. All exchanges must submit a positive ID for the condo asso. in advance.

We are located on Biscayne Bay in Downtown Miami. Our building is located only a 5 minute walk to the metro system. Easy access to all areas of Miami and the surrounding areas by the Miami People Mover, Miami Metro Mover, bus or Trolley. There is a 10 acre park on the north side of our building where . you can play tennis at night and volley ball by day. Walking distance to 2 food markets, banks and library. . . Dine on our terrace and watch the the boats on Biscayne Bay sail by.. See Miami Beach lit by night bustling with excitement of music and entertainment. .Downtown Miami has all the charm of Art, Music, finest restaurants and live entertainment. The New Perez Modern Art Museum, Children's Museum, Science Museum, Adrienne Performing Arts Center, Bay Side, American Airline Arena, Miami Art District and Miami Seaport near by.. With a ten minute ride on the Miami People Mover or Trolley you can be in all the surrounding areas of this great city Miami.

The American Airline Arena- Home of Miami Heat Basketball Team, Marlin Baseball Stadium , Perez Museum just within walking distance. Famous South Beach just across the bridge.
