Our home in Harwich, Mass is on Cape Cod (CC), about 90 miles to Boston. It is about 150 ft to the largest lake on CC. There is a neighborhood beach at foot of our street. We have a kayak and canoe to use on lake. We are also next to the CC Rail Trail (biking & walking), a network of trails across the Cape. Harwich is centrally located on the Cape; 1m to major hwy.

While CC is a tourist destination in the summer (July & August), it is a very active community the rest of the year, especially during the spring and fall.

A car is needed to get to beaches, towns, boating, & shopping; there is limited public transportation on the Cape

Our home, built in 2001 is very comfortable (about 2000 sf);) located on a quiet street with many year round residents. It has ample space for 6 people. Has central A/C with ceiling fans throughout. The deck is great in afternoon; outdoor shower that's a hit with all ages!
