"A wonderful house with ocean view"

We had a wonderfull time in this very confortable and beautifull house, the view from the terrace, over looking a canyon and the sea is fantastic. The life in Cardiff by the sea and Encinitas has a unique charm, mixing natural beauy of the coast, personnality of the town and it's commnunity. Swamy's beach, just nearby is one of the most beautifull seaside we ever saw !

Our home has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, ocean view, private community pool and spa, and easy freeway access to get to all San Diego and Orange county attractions. L. A. is about two hours away. Our local beach is one mile away.
We have perfect weather, with cool ocean breezes, nice landscaping and deck, a modern kitchen, three new bathrooms and views of the waves crashing on the sand. Nearby you can swim, surf, golf, hike, shop, etc.

Typical Southern California gated community near the beach. Really nice grounds, community pool and spa, private lagoon, ocean view. Close to the freeway for easy access to anywhere. Fabulous restaurants nearby, particularly at the beach in Cardiff, also in downtown Encinitas and Solana Beach. Train stations for travel San Diego and Los Angeles (Coaster and Amtrak) are 3 miles away.

Two hours to most Los Angeles destinations.
