We are an active retired, couple who love to travel, cruise, etc. and see the world. Our kids are grown and gone.from the home. We hike, walk miles to get to a location, and are very blessed to be healthy enough to see God's creations! We have beautiful grandkids that we love. We can keep as busy as we want there alone. :) But our kids and grandkids know that this is our time to go explore all that life has to offer as well and they are happy for us....and hopefully someday they may want to accompany us from time to time.

We are retired and open to exploring home exchange offers anywhere, anytime, any duration.
Welcome to American Canyon, California noted as the 'Gateway' to the beautiful Napa Valley wine country. Our lovely home has 1924 square feet of living space. We are 9 miles from Center of Napa. San Francisco is approximately 1 hour drive. Scenic Carmel/Monterey 2 hr drive. Many beautiful wineries and related activities within a short drive, as well as the picturesque towns of Sonoma, Yountville, St. Helena and Calistoga, and more.
For the young, or for the young at heart: Six Flags Discovery Kingdom amusement park is within a short drive. Visit Sacramento Old Town, set in the gold rush era, for a taste of the Old West, along the beautiful Sacramento river - 1 hour away.
Vallejo waterfront is 15 minute drive. You can take the ferry boat which takes one hour or so, into San Francisco Ferry Building and famous Pier 39 from there. Then walk to Fisherman's Wharf !

More than 100 wineries in the Napa Valley. Visit beautiful Sonoma, Yountville, St. Helena. A 1-1/2 hr drive takes you oceanside to Carmel and Monterey. San Francisco 1 hour away. You can take the ferryride from the Vallejo Marina and enjoy a boat trip right to the Ferry Building or to Pier 39 in San Francisco!
