German-Korean couple with three kids - two of them are in school so only school holidays are possible.
We are travellers, lived in many countries. I am a second generation homelinker, as my parents were already homelinkers. :)
Trips to any location in Europe for 1-2 weeks are very welcome. Summer holidays can also be intercontinental.
We are always looking for: Paris, Berlin, Bodensee, Seoul as we have family there but are open to any offers.

Degisim için önerdigimiz ev hakkinda
Beautiful house from 1890s, next to Baldeney Lake in Essen. Kids are warmely welcome. 2 beds for adults, 3 for kids - we can arrange for more beds if needed. Sorry, no TV. If you are looking for flights, the closest international airport is Duesseldorf (DUS) - 25 minutes by car.
The garden (2000 sqm = 0.5 acres) includes an outdoor playground with slide and hanging bridge. Lots of outdoor toys and vehicles available. Many trees for climbing in the garden. Lots of fruit plants and fruit trees (rasperry, blue berry, cherries, apples, pears, peaches,....) in the garden. Weber BBQ.
Indoors also lot of LEGO, Hot Wheels, Duplo, wooden toys, board games. Space to play. Drum set for kids and piano.
Kitchen, living room and small bathroom ist downstairs. Upstairs are the rooms for the 3 kids, main bathroom and the parents sleeping room. 240sqm in total.

We live between a forest and the lake Baldeney. There are restaurants in walking distance, but for shopping you have to drive 5 minutes by car or 10 minutes by bike. Golf Court, Stand-Up Paddeling, Swimming in the lake, Tree Climbing parc, ... at walking distance.

Many things to do for families and couples. Essen is part of the Ruhr area and becoming a tourist destination. Essen is the only city in Europe to have won both major EU city awards: the title of "Green Capital of Europe" and the title "Cultural Capital of Europe". Our house is 45 minutes by tram to Duesseldorf city. 3 hours from Amsterdam by car/train.
