We have 3 grown children and 3 grand kids…all in NZ now after being scattered across the world.

New townhouse (200 sq m built 2022) with open plan kitchen, dining and living space, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, separate TV lounge. Private deck area with seating and BBQ. Double garage plus off street parking for 2 cars. The house has central air-con/heating.
1 x Super King and 2 x Queen beds.
Fully equipped kitchen, 2 x TVs, Wi-Fi.
We have a private walk-way to Takapuna beach and everything (shops, restaurants, cafes) is walking distance around the corner.
The Northern Motorway is 3 minutes away with North and South access. Bus terminal is 5 minutes walk.
Fabulous location and all set up for a worry free stay in NZ.
We also have a second home at Omaha Beach north of Auckland so can offer exchanges at either house at any time of the year

There are 4 golf courses within 15-20 minute drive.
The northern beaches start at Takapuna.
Day trips to Waiheke Island with the Devonport ferry is a must (plus any of the other islands in the gulf).

We are able to offer non-simultaneous exchanges as we have a second home….so you can come to NZ at any time of the year;
We’d like to arrange a swap (or two) that will allow us to spend 2 months in Scandinavia in June/July 2024.
We are a retired couple and will have done 2 exchanges so far - both in the UK and both a fabulous experience.
We have very nice neighbours and expect visitors to respect them…..no noisy parties.
