We are a Kiwi-German family who love travelling and have enjoyed numerous successful homeswaps both in NZ and internationally. Bodo is a lecturer at the University of Auckland Business School, Sarah is Business Director Government Advisory and Strategic Relationships at Beca NZ’s largest engineering consultancy, and Lilly is our 15 year old daughter. We also have a very friendly cat (Tux, short for Tuxedo).

MEMBERS SINCE 2007

We live in a large, brand new, luxury house in Orakei, a central neighbourhood of New Zealand's largest city, Auckland. Walking distance to Okahu Bay or Mission Bay beaches and a short 6 minute train ride to town, we are ideally located for an incredible stay in the City of Sails.

We have undertaken numerous house swaps with people from NZ and all over the world, all with a great deal of success. We love sharing our place, and we'd love to learn about yours. We respond to all enquiries. Please do contact us.

From our home, it is a short walk to the Okahu Bay Beach where you can swim and enjoy the Akarana Yacht Club restaurants. Enjoy all the concerts, theatre, restaurants and festivals Auckland has to offer. Additionally, we are 10 minutes drive or 6 minutes train ride away from the central city - it's all so easy!
