Our home is a beautiful rural retreat located on 1 1/4 acres on the fringe of Hamilton City. The home is single storey, 5 bedrooms, office, 2 bathrooms, with large open plan living/dining room/kitchen area, and lounge. Outside the home are large established trees with a landscaped spa and heated swimming pool area.

We are situated only a five minute drive into the city centre, for shopping sprees, cinemas, theatres, museum, and huge selection of restaurants. Just up the road are local shops and a restaurant/bar.

Hamilton is a city of 130,000, centrally located to the North Island's most popular tourist attractions.

In 45 - 90 minutes you can be at a number of destinations: Auckland, New Zealand's largest city, visiting Lake Taupo for trout fishing, Rotorua for thermal wonders and Cultural Centres, Waitomo Glow Worm Caves and adventure activities, Otorohunga Kiwi House, experience the unique beauty of the Coromandel Peninsular, tour breathtaking white sand beaches on the East Coast or Black Sand Surf Beaches on the West Coast.

For those who enjoy the outdoors there are a multitude of wonderful tracks for walking and hiking including a large variety of mountain, river and bush walks, the famous Hamilton Cultural Gardens, or White Water Rafting, Black Water Rafting and multiple Golf courses.
