Our very sweet and comfortable 1950s bungalow has been completely renovated with a Mediterranean flavor and cozy, unpretentious charm. The master bedroom has French doors that open to deck and garden – roses, lavender, bougainvillea, jasmine. Our gardens have been featured on local Garden Walks.

Master bedroom, with French doors leading to deck and garden, includes digital premium cable, TiVo, Apple TV, DVD, and has a super comfortable Tempur-Pedic dual-control California King bed. Full kitchen with sunny dining nook. Besides the living room, there is a Tuscan-accented "garden room," and a den with a sofa that is easily converted to a double bed. The master bathroom, with travertine marble, includes tub/shower. The second bathroom has toilet and sink.

There are three secluded yard areas. South yard, with hot tub. North yard, with deck, off the master bedroom. West yard is a sheltered patio with slate paving, table and chairs, gas grill, and electric heating.
