Updates! We are open to exchanges or rent for any where between three and six week. Greeting from Berkeley! We are retirees on the go! We love Berkeley, our town, and enjoyed our careers as a professor and a teacher but now we are enjoying traveling, grand babies and new adventures. We have been many places around the world and love traveling in our own country too. We have three grown children , who have given us many lovely grandchildren. When we are home , we babysit, take classes and volunteer.

Great home for adults and older children in a nice and convenient neighborhood. Will be available in for exchange or rental after April 2024, for periods of 2 to 8 weeks duration.
Lovely Craftsman style shingled home in family neighborhood of single family houses. Two miles north of UC Berkeley. Walking distance to great restaurants ,"Gourmet Ghetto,"and Chez Panisse.
Shopping street close by with restaurants, movies, bookstore, and all conveniences. Playground close by. Less than an hour to San Francisco. Wonderful, helpful neighbors.
We are experienced exchangers, retired grandparents, with kids equipment and a small garden yard. In addition to three bedrooms there is a low ceilinged toy and play room.
Great Northern California location. Day trips to San Francisco, redwood forests, beaches, wine country, and mountains. Longer trips to Yosemite, Tahoe, Mendocino, Big Sur, Monterey/Carmel.

Berkeley is a cultural and educational center in the San Francisco Bay Area. We are near the University of Califorina and the Gourmet Ghetto. Lots of history and great architecture. Head out to San Francisco for the day on BART. Drive to wine country or Marin Redwoods or the Pacific Ocean.
