Our house is equipped with all modern amenities. The red brickhouse (180 m² / built in 1984 / grounds 1400 m²), located in the second row behind high beech hedges, very green and quiet on the mountain slope, impresses on all 4 levels with a cozy, relaxed atmosphere in nordic style. The house is equipped with central heating, Smart-TV, WLAN and HIFI. On the ground floor it has a family kitchen that is half-open to the spacious dining room with counter, dishwasher, garden access, etc. The cozy, light “all-room” next to the master sun terrace is completed with a sofa, fireplace and piano. There is also an extra utility room (including washing machine), cloakroom / side entrance, access to the workshop and basement rooms, entrance and a small guest toilet. Under the saddle roof on the upper floor there is a master bedroom, a guest bedroom (each with a double bed), a particularly bright master living room (high loft, with smart TV), a dressing room (with the option to sleep further), an office (LAN) and the modern “rain dance”-shower and bath tub (by night look at the starry sky included).

The fenced-in, natural-looking garden with two terraces, lawn, raised beds, berries and old trees (natural shade!) merges directly into a small wood on the northern slope. Feel free to join various alternatives for chilling, just sitting and using the charcoal grill. Best place for the hammock ist under the light-shade of the apple-tree. The nature reserve of the “Seegeberger Sea” begins behind the house ”. The location is an ideal starting point to explore the city and the surrounding area. Two bicycles are available for bike tours.

Im Land zwischen den Meeren: Großes Stadthaus mit schönem Garten

Unsere 180m² große Bleibe liegt in zweiter Reihe: Hinter hohen Buchen-Hecken überzeugt das sehr grün und ruhig am Berghang gelegene Haus (Baujahr 1984) auf allen 4 Ebenen mit einer gemütlich-entspannten Atmosphäre im nordischen Stil. Es verfügt im Erdgeschoss über eine zum geräumigen Esszimmer halboffene Familien-Küche mit Tresen, Geschirrspüler, Gartenzugang etc. . Der wohnlich lichte „Allraum“ neben der großen Sonnen-Terrasse wird mit Sofa, Kamin und Klavier komplettiert. Dazu ein extra Hauswirtschaftsraum (inkl. Waschmaschine), Garderobe/Nebeneingang, Zugang zu den Werkstatt- bzw. Kellerräumen, Entreé und ein kleines Gäste-WC. Unter dem Satteldach im Obergeschoss findet sich ein Elternschlafzimmer, ein Gästeschlafzimmer (jeweils mit Doppelbett), ein besonders helles Master-Wohnzimmer (hohe Dachgalerie, mit Smart-TV), ein Ankleideraum (mit Option als weiterer Schlafplatz), ein Büro (LAN) sowie das modere Dusch- und Wannenbad.

Der kindgerecht eingezäunte, naturnah gestaltete Garten mit zwei Terrassen, Rasenflächen, Hochbeeten, Beerenobst und altem Baumbestand (Naturschatten!) geht am Nordhang direkt in ein kleines Wäldchen über. Dahinter beginnt schon das Naturschutzgebiet vom Seegeberger See“. Die Location ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt und Umgebung zu erkunden. Für Radtouren stehen 2 Fahrräder zur Verfügung.

Zum Haus gehört eine vermietete Einlieger-Wohnung, so steht vor Ort auch ein möglicher Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung.
