Our home is near by the Dolphinbay Beach, 1.200 meters away, near Pranburi, one the gateway to the Sam Roi Yot national park, the first coastal National Park in Thailand with 300 peaks and a lot of islands and caves. Our house is on a 3.000qm big private beautiful garden. Built on the side of a hill.

We are situated at the Southern, 180km of Bangkok.
Approximately 250km from Bangkok airport which is the main international airport.

The mainhouse, 300qm has one master bedroom, beside is a small guesthouse, 40qm, overlooking the pool and garden, both with an en-suite.

Plus a second guesthouse, bedroom 30qm, with en-suite. Place for playing bouls, karaoke bar, there is a lounge, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, terrace, fridge/freezer, TV, SAT, DVD, 200qm.

In the main house, we have a living area, there is a lounge, fully equipped kitchen, double fridge/freezer with in door ice and water, sitting room and dining room all facing to the pool and garden. TV, CD, wireles lan, PC,

All rooms, have glass sliding doors that allow a nice airflow through the house, all rooms has also aircon and fan. Our housemaid will come 3 times a week for
cleaning the rooms and what ever you need.

There is a lot of covered outdoor areas, Salas, round the garden, in the pool, on the small island in our own private small lake.

There is a Isuzu Pickup, with navigator system, in excellent condition that would be available if required.

There is a double carport.
The gardens needs no maintenance, while our gardener will take care it.

The small local markets in our area, daily open, sells the catch of the day, fresh fruits and vegetables, as well many other things.

We are located ten minutes drive to Pranburi TescoLotus Shopping Village which has a major supermarket and several major stores, as well a lot of smaller shops. There are chemists, doctor, dentists etc. all available there.

Close by are hotels and several restaurants. 25 minutes drive takes you to Huahin town, with the most 5stars hotel in asia. Round 45 min drive, you will find more then 12 golfcours, some the best of the world, the first is 7min drive away.


We are experienced in home exchange, we travelled extensively all of our lives and lived in Schwitzerland, Germany and Thailand. We have been in our current house for 8 years and find the climate and lifestyle here are very easy to get used to.
