I'm Homelink TURKIYE Organizer, we are retired couple I'm Lawyer, my wife Selda is also retired Bank Manager.We are writing this offer for you with thanks to Homelink's secure concept that makes lasting friendships from around the world. About Exchange Houses Perfect place to enjoy of Izmir. Beautiful view of sea is very close to our location. white amenities and tv, etc. available .
Can do Daily or (long) weekend excursion around of KUSADASI and historical monuments of old civilizations. Such as Agora, Ephesus, Pergamon. The house is an excellent home base for exploring the museums, monuments, parks and historic sites of the area
This house is duplex, , beautifully designed as a seaside house. With all amenities & equipment. full sized kitchen with modern appliances living room, a master bedroom and additional bedrooms (double bed) House is 40 minute away from Izmir /ADB airport by express highway, two minute to seaside and 40 minute to Greece Samos island by boat. If you interest swimming , wind or kite surf beachs are about two minute away from our summer house. There are lots of activities know you’ll enjoy if you prefer our summer house .
This seaside house in Kusadasi situated in a lovely location very close to within walking distance to also restaurants, shopping centers. There is public transportation to downtown. Around there are historical ruins, old churchs. You can arrange Daily boat tours to Ephesus and Greece island Samos is 40 minuteby boats. We prefer “Non Simultaneous Home Exchange” or “Hospitality Home Exchange”
We are retired couple so we can arrange timing regarding your offer.
We also prefer to accomodite two guests.

Our Exchance house is Summer seaside house, it is duplex, 90 km away from izmir and Airport ADB is (45 minutes) There is highway connection between all popular location.
Our modest summer house is in Kusadasi near to seaside and it is very close to historical town Selcuk and monuments of Ephesus

IZMIR (Symirna) is very close to the popular old towns and historical monuments.
Our Exchange home is duplex summer house it is in KUSADASI which is very close to Ephesus historical monuments and Holly town Selcuk. Also there are shopping malls you can enjoy with Kusadasi city

Wind surf , Kite surf are very popular in Alacatı town. Chios island is only 25 minutes to the Chesme town. You can go daily to the Chios .
