We really enjoyed our stay in Harrogate, at the Colbourn's home. They have a lovely home, exactly as stated in their listing. The beautiful town of Harrogate is an easy walk from the house - where one can find all sorts of shopping and sites. In addition, Harrogate is a great base from which to explore the Yorkshire area. We spent time driving through the Yorkshire dales and villages, as well as visiting some cities. York and Leeds airport are close by. Rachel and Mark were easy to talk to and always available for any communications we might have. The neighbors were friendly and a Colbourn family member brought us homemade baked goods to welcome us,"Fat Rascals" look it up:-) The Colbourn's home was a wonderful place to stay!

We had a brilliant time in Yorkshire. The Colbourn family home is beautiful and very peaceful. Their cat Molly is a wonderful host. We had a very warm welcome, including some very special treats by a family member. We felt very spoilt. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful setting. It was also a great starting point to explore Yorkshire. We particularly loved the Yorkshire Sculpture Park, Fountains Abbey and the charming town of Knaresborough. The weather was a bit changeable and we would love to come back another time to get more opportunities for walks/hike in the Yorkshire Dales.
