Somos una familia de 3 miembros: Pep, Assumpta i Laia. Vivimos en Barcelona. Somos una familia que nos gusta viajar. Nos gusta conocer nuevos paises: la manera de ser de su gente, su idioma, su cultura y también su gastronomía. También las antigüedades propias del país (vide granier, marché aux puces, antiques...)
Valoramos los intercambios en los cuales el apartamento está situado en un lugar tranquilo. Procuramos tener mucho cuidado de las casas con las que hacemos intercambio. NO PODEMOS ACCEPTAR INTERCAMBIOS DE CASAS CON ANIMALES POR PROBLEMAS ALÉRGICOS.

A semi-detached house with three floors with sea views. There are three bedrooms (the master bedroom has a balcony), 2 bathrooms, kitchen, a living room with a big terrace (15 sq. M) with barbacue. There is a garden behind the house (20 sq.M).
With car park.
We live in a quiet neighbourhood, five minutes walking from the city center. The house is near the beach, shops, restaurants and pharmacy.
It is by the magnific beaches La Farella, Les Tonyines i el Port.
Llançà is a small seaside town with a lots of ludic and cultural activities.
Llançà is 150 km from Barcelona, 40 km from Girona and 20 km from Figueres (all connected with bus and train)
Llançà is in the north of Costa Brava close to France.
