L'exposition plein sud vous permettra de profiter toute la journée de la terrasse et de la vue panoramique sur le golfe d'Ajaccio et les Iles Sanguinaires.
Très aéré, l'appartement bénéficie d'un courant d'air naturel mais pour encore plus de fraicheur, il est équipé de la climatisation (réversible en hiver).
En outre, il dispose du chauffage central et de radiateurs dans toutes les pièces.
Il se compose comme suit:
un grand salon / salle à manger de 35 m 2 avec écran plat de 127 cm ( abonnement Canal sat, connexion WIFI..)
une cuisine équipée avec four électrique, plaque 4 feux gaz, réfrigérateur - congélateur, micro ondes, cave à vin, lave vaisselle et lave linge
un coin nuit avec :
2 chambres de 12 m2 chacune (dont une avec TV) offrant toutes deux un couchage en 140;
Salle de bain avec baignoire et pare douche;
