Located in a beautiful spacious landscaped holiday village resort our holiday home apartment is only available during specific dates. The next available times the apartment is available is between 1st Nov - 15 Dec 2025, then 1st Feb - 15th March 2026. Note - no availability left in 2024. For future dates please see the calendar in photos.
Rocha Brava is a popular and attractive low density quality holiday village with a range of attractive villas and apartments. It has superb facilities including 4 swimming pools (one indoor pool is heated throughout the winter), 3 tennis courts, gym, mini-golf, pool, bar, mini-market, cafe and restaurant on site. Reception is manned 24/7. Immediately outside the site are a selection of restaurants & cafes.
The location and low density landscaping make this a very special place. With great south facing sea views, the apartment captures the best of the great Algarve weather renowned for its year round sun and pleasant winter climate.
We part-own this apartment with 3 other owners and we have use of the apartment for 12 or 13 weeks a year on a 4-year rotating calendar basis. It can be available if family and friends are not using it. Please note that during the July and August peak season the apartment is either used by family and friends or is let. Please refer to the calendar in the photos section and contact us for more details on availability.
Please note that an end-of-stay clean is required. The charge for this and any additional housekeeping you elect to have will need to be reimbursed.

Rocha Brava is located about 3kms from the very attractive seaside town of Carvoeiro. There is a courtesy mini bus service provided by the resort to and from the town three times a day. We often walk into town along the clifftops and boardwalks and catch the courtesy minibus back to the resort. Nearby attractions are the unparalleled coastline with magnificent cliffs, sandy beaches and coastal towns and villages. So many interesting things to do and see. An extensive selection of cuisine and great Portuguese wines are offered at nearby restaurants, some within walking distance.

Our Portuguese Algarve apartment is available according to the calendar in “photos”. Please note that as a general rule during July and August. Please refer to the calendar in photos which shows the dates when the apartment is available. We are often but not exclusively looking for a non-simultaneous exchange. The apartment is part owned by other co-owners.
Housekeeping services are available and an “end of stay“ housekeeping service is required at the end of your stay which costs €72.50 (2024 prices - please ask for latest pricing) and will need to be reimbursed to us, together with charges for any additional housekeeping services you request. Please ensure the apartment is left as you found it ready for the next owners visit!
