Our apartment - exposed bean, very bright - has just been renovated by an architect. It has one master bedroom with it's own bathroom, one bedroom, two living rooms and a lovely and modern kitchen.
We are 2 minutes walk from two metro stations (Republique - Temple) with 6 metro lines that will take you everywhere in Paris.
We are in a museum (Musée Picasso, Musée Carnavalet...) and nice shopping area.
Our street is calm, with many restaurants, supermarket, food stores (3 minutes walk from the famous Marché des enfants Rouge).
