The house is located at the top of the South Island very near the interisland ferry terminal. It is a perfect location to explore the northern part of the South Island.
The house is very eco friendly, and is cosy in winter with underfloor heating.
In summer the house is cooled by utilising natural breezes by cross ventilation.
I have a cleaning lady who will take care of the laundry of towels and bed linen at no additional charge.
