We have a newly renovated comfortable two level town house in the historic seaside suburb of Devonport, on the North Shore of Auckland City
Our home is 1 min walk to your choice of a number of safe swimming beaches, and 10 min walk to shops, cafes, restaurants and the ferry to central Auckland. There is a Golf course close by. Auckland is a wonderful base to explore the upper north island from and is the gateway to the magnificent Hauraki Gulf islands most of which have public access and ferries service them regularly.
We own a 40ft motor launch that we stay on in the summer time, and would be most happy to take you out for a day trip to see our wonderful Hauraki Gulf. Our home is sunny, light and has fantastic views over the sea and the extinct volcano Rangitoto which has only been there 600 years. We are open to non and simultaneous exchanges and car can be available.

We live in a quiet suburb called Cheltenham, just six houses back from the gorgeous Cheltenham Beach, on the slopes of North Head an old volcanic cone. It is a 1 km walk to the village, and buses run from the bottom of our street.
