Near my house you can find tacos and restaurant, one block to the convenient store and supermarket and beach 5 minutes by car. I am single lady the house is big but no all bedrooms are ready to use, so I recommend the house 2 to 5 people.
Also I am owner of a yacht you can use it in the morning 1 time every week but is necessary pay $1500 pesos (cost to the captain and gasoline) I know probably you don't have idea where is Mazatlan but is a port very beautiful in mexico, people are very gentle, beach is beautiful and food is amazing. I know you have listen vbad thing about Sinaloa but seriously is a safe place Mazatlan and we received many tourist. you will enjoy it I am sure about it, I love my city.
