Beautiful Beacon Hill Park is a five minute walk; the Provincial Legislature, Inner Harbor, Royal B.C. Museum and the open water of San Juan de Fuca are all within 15 minutes walks from our home. The entire downtown with its shops, entertainment venues and wonderful restaurants are also within easy walking distance, as is abundant cultural, museum, and outdoor activities. There is a view of B.C. Legislature’s Capital Dome from the living room. We have the convenience of being on the ground floor and also have privacy because the patio/ lawn area is some three meters above street level on our side of the complex. Access to the swimming pool, “Jacuzzi,” saunas (in locker rooms), fitness center, laundry and other common facilities is included. We prefer exchanges with retired couples. I’m a retired electronic products development manager and my spouse, a retired teacher and educational therapist. We are new to home exchange and looking for an exchange for a month or more in summer through fall, including non simultaneous exchange, for our second home in Victoria.
